A simple extension replaces an old conservatory to bring new life to the kitchen area of a traditional red sandstone town-house of Newlands.

The extended space comprises a new sitting area, utility and toilet; roof lights and opening to the garden bring light in and open-up the house to the garden.

The extension features reclaimed sandstone blocks from the demolition work of the same house.
