The brief for the project was to convert the adjoining garage to extend the existing kitchen area and form a sitting-dining space of a recently built detached house. In addition an extension has been built above the garage to extend the bedroom at upper level.

The approach for this project was to use the existing palette of materials in a sympathetic way to deliver an almost unnoticeable extension.
