The key point of the brief for the project was to remodel part of the ground floor area of a Victorian property to form an open plan family room.

Punctual and carefully designed structural alterations give form to a flowing space for a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area. Three former rooms are joined together to form a continuous space where each zone is well defined by feature elements and a split level.
