A self-builder client contacted us to build 4 houses in the outskirts of Edinburgh. He already had a planning permission but needed a building warrant and construction drawings to enable him to develop his land.

The project was challenging for the design of the houses and the topography of the site and also for the imminent deadline of the planning permission.

We obtained all the permission on time and developed extensive detail drawings which are helping our client to achieve is dream project.
